Troubleshooting
1. The deer does not bobble correctly .-- Position the tree so it is not making contact with the deers rack. Check the batteries, low battery power can cause this problem.
2. The time is not moving.—Once you set the time as the instructions in section 3 when you return to format by clicking the 2 button always go back and touch button 3 to make the center dots flash this means the time is activated.
3. Clock has no power.—Make sure the batteries are installed correctly.
4. The display is not lit .—Push the 1 button to turn on the light , you can turn off light to save battery life.
5. The voice is on the alarm is slow and sluggish – the batteries are weak
6. The display is wrinkled—There is a protective film that is applied to the display , it must be removed.
7. You can purchase a power Ac/Dc power adapter so can run your clock without batteries it must be have ac 110v 60 hz input and Dc 3v output.
